To be considered as a partner there are two fundamental requirements that you have to meet.

2. You supply and serve a wide range of beverages and popular brands

If you meet these requirements then the process of partnering with us is very quick and easy.

How long does it take to deliver my purchase?You can choose to have same-day delivery or you can order your alcohol days in advance. When you purchase alcohol for same-day delivery we connect you with a local off-license and driver so that we can deliver your order as fast as possible. We aim to be at your doorstep in less than an hour.

Where does the alcohol come from?As alcohol can only be sold by businesses with a license, we partner with local off-licenses. When you use our site to make an order, you are purchasing your alcohol from our partnered off-licenses.

How do you verify the age of a customer?Before you have a validated account with us, we will ask you to provide some form of ID to verify your age (driver’s license, passport, etc.). On delivery of your order, we will ask you to show the same identification to our driver.

Do you deliver nationwide?At the moment we only operate in a couple of cities, but we are preparing for a nationwide launch which is hopefully coming in the spring of next year. We do have a nationwide promotional offer which will come into effect as soon as we launch.

How do I report an issue with the service?If you have a question or an issue with our service then you can contact us using the form on our ‘Contact’ page or by reaching out to us on our social networking pages. All feedback is respected and welcomed. The CEO personally reads all messages and responds to them.

Do you have to be over 18 to be a customer?You need to be at least eighteen years of age to buy our products as it is the required age for purchasing and consuming alcohol. To ensure that our customers are at least eighteen years of age we check identification two times throughout each delivery process, and service will be denied if either of these verification steps cannot be fulfilled.
As long as you’re at least 18 years old and have the required documentation below, you can provide courier services for Thirsty Delivery. We try and make our onboarding process as simple as possible.
You’ll need to provide us copies of:

i. Driving licence
ii.Certificate showing your vehicle is insured/registered

You’ll also need to keep the documents updated if they expire – we’ll send you a prompt but it’s your responsibility. We also have some legal terms you’ll have to review and agree to.
